Breaking News: ALL NEW BMW X2 Spotted

Just when you thought there was not enough X Models to select from the current BMW range, along comes one more – the all new BMW X2!

Positioned as the sporty crossover, we have been lucky to see what the model is going to look like minus the camouflage.

Due for a 2018 release, the X2 shares its running gear with the X1, though as being a sporty alternative the newcomer will get a sleeker style, with a swept-back windscreen and a smaller glass area than the more upright X1. The latest images show that the car will be very close to the design of the Concept X2 that previewed the model at last year's Paris Motor Show.

A more coupe-like roofline can also be seen compared to the boxier X1, while BMW's trademark kidney grille and swept back headlamp design also feature on the finished model.
