The all new Jaguar XF ‘Sportbrake’ estate is on the way and set to take fight against the BMW 5 Series Touring and Mercedes E-Class Estate. The slinky new wagon certainly is super stylish and the cat is now also super practical.

With the rear seats in place the new XF Sportbrake rear boasts a 565-litre capacity, which is 25 litres more than the sedan car. Folding the 40:20:40 seats, the rear then becomes a huge 1,700-litres, which also includes a load cover and four tie-down points also feature.

Luxurious features are on tap including Activity Key wristband, cabin air ioniser, gesture operated tailgate, panoramic roof with a gesture controlled sun blind, configurable interior mood lighting, and 12.3-inch instrumentation display.

The top-shelf infotainment system includes a 10-inch dual view touchscreen, Touch Pro navigation, and an 825W Meridian surround sound system with 17 speakers.

As far as driver assistance goes, the XF Sportbrake is available with autonomous emergency braking, lane keeping assistance, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, driver fatigue monitoring, active cruise control, blind spot monitoring, and semi-automated parking.
