Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet Reveals Pure Luxury Electric Automobile

Revealed to the world along other amazing new concepts at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, the extravagant superyacht for the road was a show stopper.

The uber luxe two seater pays homage to the glorious age of the aero coupés and creates theatre of Maybach future design. Measuring almost six metres in length, the roadster has been designed as a pure electric automobile. The drive system has an output of 550 kW, allowing a drive range of over 500 kilometres.

Inside offers soft leather, chrome, open-pore wood, and aluminum. From the driver's seat you monitor the car's vital functions at a glance from what Mercedes calls ‘hyperanalogue’ instruments - digital displays with real needles sweeping over them.

Highlight of the car for us is the fabric top that has rose gold weaved in.

Under the wing-like bonnet is a storage unit containing a full dinner set, umbrellas and trolley bags.  

With a rear deck back-end and wooden flooring it is obvious that this roadster has been influenced by the most luxurious superyachts.
