Supercar Pagani Now Available in Australia for $5.5million
Lovers of supercars will be super excited with the news that supercar Italian maker Pagani is now available for the first time in Australia.
The Zagame Automotive Group, based in Melbourne, has secured the rights to sell the Pagani in their Richmond showroom which just one of 24 worldwide.
Not many of us have probably even heard of the Pagani supercar brand; it is actually from the same supercar region in central Italy where Ferrari and Lamborghini are neighbours. They hand-build just 40 cars a year and Australian buyers are expected to account for just a few.
Pagani’s current model is the Huayra Roadster, which features carbon fibre construction and a mid-mounted 562kW 6.0-litre Mercedes V12 driving the rear wheels via a seven-speed transmission. The Roadster will be limited to 100 worldwide and will cost $5.5 million in Australia, including the luxury car tax of $1.5m, making it the most expensive new car on sale.
